Jacqueline Connors is a seasoned executive with many years experience working for a TSX listed entity. Jacqueline acted as corporate secretary, established key governance processes and conducted investor relations.

A corporate governance and compliance knowledge expert, Jacqueline works with senior management and board members to enhance their stewardship of public companies. 

Her work was singled out for its excellence in corporate governance disclosure time after time in the Report on Business “Board Games” publication on governance rankings and in the Board Shareholder Confidence Index published by the Clarkson Centre for Board Effectiveness at the Rotman School of Business. Jacqueline has also led corporate projects such as strategic planning, corporate rebranding and communications.

Jacqueline holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce from the Rotman School of Business, University of Toronto.
